Witte Klavervier brewery
Presently our focus is on Koyt beer; our classsic Koyt beer won WBC silver and entered the Ark of Taste at Slow Food. Next to this classic Koyt we have a modern 4-grain version with Simcoe hops.
The main beers are brewed by the experienced master brewer Peter van den Eijnden. Apart from these we started barrel-aging on a small scale and research brewing with oats.
Next to brewing beers we research the Dutch beer history. This is very much intertwined with Hanseatic trade since the middle ages and was influenced by the long travels to the 'East' since 16th century.
